Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free shipping on all swimwear orders. For domestic orders that do not include swimwear and for express delivery, shipping is calculated by the carrier at checkout.

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping is calculated by the carrier at checkout, regardless of order contents. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chéri House is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@cherihouse.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us at contact@cherihouse.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
