Store Credit
Eligible returns will receive store credit equal to the purchase price, issued as a Chéri House gift card with no expiration date.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- Original tags are attached
- Item is in original packaging, including the Chéri House garment bag
Final Sale Items
All discounted items, including items purchased with a promo code, during a sale, or through early access, are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit, no exceptions.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at contact@cherihouse.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as Chéri House is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
