Return Policy
We want you to love your Chéri House piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Store Credit Eligible returns will receive store credit equal to the purchase price, issued as a Chéri House gift card with no expiration date.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 10 days of delivery
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- Original tags are attached
- Item is in original packaging, including the Chéri House garment bag
Final Sale Items All discounted items — including items purchased with a promo code, during a sale, or through early access — are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit, no exceptions.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at customerservice@cherihouse.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as Chéri House is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.
Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chéri House is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at customerservice@cherihouse.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us at customerservice@cherihouse.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
